I asked a question relating to faith in God and there seem to be more people that do beleive than dont!!!
In my life, to be honest i do not know anyone who goes to church or is actively religeous. To be honest i thought religeon was now for old people and country folk.
Just wanted to know what the general opinion was.
Thanks in advance x x x

I am neither old nor "Country Folk"
I have lived in Cities as large as 12 million people and in towns as small as 1500. I have been to 5 foreign countries and lived on two continents.
I believe in God.
I've noticed that you like to ask a serious question and then add an insult to those who believe in God after the fact. Why not just come out and tell the truth that you are an Athiest and the purpose of your questions is to spread your belief or lack of belief. Or doesn't your "own morals" allow for honesty?

Yes. OK I'm classed as elderly now but I always have done in the end. like many I always had doubts and sometimes I have them now. You only have to see what is going on around you. No one said faith would be easy and life would be easy in fact the opposite was promised by Christ

I am religious. Im not old or country. But I can understand your perception of religious people being that way.
Im not one of those people the feels the need to force feed my religion down others throats, or to judge them because they dont want to be religious. Its not my place, and honestly I never thought I would be religious and I was turned away from it for a very long time because of people who tend to try to jam it down your throat. I think to accept religion you have to be willing, and if you arent, Im not going to judge you based on that.

I grew up in a christian home and schools and always wonder what all this bs was about...I grew up and realise it was simply just that...a bunch of bs that man created to strike fear into their enemy's. Thats all.. Its a war stragedy.
Faith is having belief in yourself and the ability of those around you. Not some imagiary made up thing.

No it's hard for me to believe, but I'm not saying you shouldn't everyone needs something to believe in. but I would not act like some and force it on others. You think what you want. I find it better to get as much info about all opinons and make your desicon from that. And I say opinion because unless they were there they really don't know.
