I love peanut butter cookies. You have to use butter flavored Crisco instead of margerine (they come out softer) and use crunchy peanut butter when you make them. Yum!

You've probably only had those hard, crunchy, brittle kind. I have a recipe that is soft and moist, just like fresh peanut butter that's warmed up. Oh boy!

i found this on the internet. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 lg. egg mix well drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet, press with a fork to make criss cross pattern. bake at 350 for 9 minutes. the girl who i found this from said they will stay soft and are delicious. haha, hope i helped. :]

I do love homemade. Fresh and warm from the oven. Either plain, or two put together with strawberry jam. But, they can keep the ones you buy. Even the Girl Scout ones! (Sorry scouts, you do have some good kinds.)

A pb cookie is never my 1st choice, but if I'm hankerin' something sweet & it's either that or coconut, i'd take a pb cookie ... with a drink of milk or coffee
