One of the things people don't realize about astronauts, especially on the shuttle and the ISS, is that they don't have a lot to do. This is exactly opposite of the intent and determination of the mission planners and doctors, who for one reason or another, want the astronauts to be busy every minute.

I am certain that if you were sent into orbit, there would be plenty of time to play with your dolls. Even more so if you are on the planned trip to Mars.

Bring your knitting too. And a good book. Something long.

This is an infantile question, not serious at all

Btw the answer is "NO, not at all". Every single gram of weight being sent into space cost's a few hundred dollars !!

an astronaut is allowed 16.8kgs of personal package total cumulative dimensions (w+h+d) would equal 92cms.
car seats and strollers needs to be checked at the gate.
