My hubby comes back from a weeks training course on friday so ive booked the kids away sat night and was wondering if anyones got any ideas for a fun/ romantic night out that doesnt involve silly amounts of dosh, pubs, clubs, bingo or bowling! thanks!

why not hav a romantic night in ... or is that cheesy?

wel whn my boyfriend and i wer a bit low on dosh and feeling a bit crap he done the most romantic thing ever! wel i think it was. He made up a lovely picnic basket with jst wee sandwhiches and a salad and jst a cheap bottle of wine and took me down to the beach ... it was about half 8 or nine and it was gettin dark and ther was noone about and we sat for hours jst talkin and stuff and went for a walk along the beach. Prepare a three course meal and have a romantic dinner at home domplete with candle, flowers and mellow music, invite him for a dance or sit on the patio with bottle of wine and just talk about anything. Have a bath together and go to bed.

go to a posh place in your town to eat and then you can go see a movie first run something popular and that should be ended with icre cream would be great fun.

Maybe he would appreciate if you asked him what he wants to do. telling him that the kids will be gone and you want to make the evening special. THEN do what he suggests.
