All of the above are normal pregnancy symptoms. You have been losing weight because you are sick... you are sick because you are pregnant (from the hormones)... and you are getting a little further along now, so your breasts are going to stop swelling. You shouldn't worry about a miscarriage. I used to worry, but I never experienced any bleeding or severe cramping and everything was ok. If you are truly worried, call your doctor for reassurance.

You are only in your first trimester. It is possible to loose weight during that time. And being sick is the morning sickness. If you are worried that you are having a miscarriage then call your doctor and tell him your worried that you are. Really the major sign of a miscarriage is major pain and a lot of times bleeding. But again if you are worried call your doctor and get checked out cause only they will be able to tell you for certain.

Yes, a miscarriage at 7 weeks would essentially be just like a heavy period, bleeding and clots but no real significant "tissue". Sometimes clots can have a greyish tinge to them which might be mistaken for tissue, but at 7 weeks, the fetus would have been less than the size of a grain of rice and would not have been noticable as tissue passing.

I lost my first baby very early in the pregnancy and didn't even realize it until an ultrasound was done. I did not bleed.
However, at 10 weeks along, I would think you would- JMO.

You need to see a doctor asap. But yes, there should be bleeding if you have had a miscarriage and lost the baby, but if the fetus is unwell then there won't be bleeding. Get it checked out hon.

It is possible. I lost my first baby at 8 weeks but didn't know until I had my ultra sound two weeks later. Do call your doctor.
