My period is about 4 to 6 days, I usually get bloated before my starts, I gain about 2 pounds now, I just to gain like 6 :(
I have a very light flow at the beginning, that might start with the red brownish discharge, I use just pads. Day one I experience sometimes and sometimes not cramps and nausea,
Day 2 very heavy bleedingand cramps bloated, and I don´t feel like eatig a things, but water helps me with my cramps.
Day 3 decrease of flow no cramps or pain, the flow reduces at night I have very less flow.
Day 4 very light bleeding that turns brown, I wear a pantyliner almost all day, I just change it for higiene. The bleeding stops when I take a bath
Day 5 the bleeding stops completely but at the afternoon or at night my period will come again a little bleeding.
Day 6 I have the brown discharge, I feel no bloated no cramps and this is the day when my period completely stops, I just have brown spotting due to the old blood in my uterus.
Day 7 completely over and no bloating no nothing.

About 4 days.
The fist day is somewhat heavy, and sometimes I get cramps that usually go away after putting a heating pad on my stomach.
the second day is usually heavier than the 1st. But usually I don't get any cramps.
The third day is much lighter, and I rarely feel any cramps.
the fouth day (and sometimes the 5th day) are very light. By the end it is usually so light that I only need a pantyliner.
Why do you care? It will be different for everybody. Some bleed for 7 days and have lots of pain and others bleed for 2 days and don't have any pain.

i get cramps for 3 days that make me barf along with golfball sized blood clots that hurt badly. the period lasts 5 days and 4 of those i have to be in bed because i'm dizzy. periods suck.

I USED TO BLEED 4 DAYS. THE 1ST 2 WERE THE WORSE. I WOULD GO VERY HEAVLY,CRAMPS BAD ENOUGH TO MAKE ME CRY. THEN I HAD SURGURY. I FEEL ALOT BETTER,NOW ALL I DO IS GO 2 DAYS AND CRAMP A LITTLE. IT STILL SUCKS TO HAVE A PRRIOD THOW.

mine is about anywhere from 2 to 8. depends. they have gotten shorter as I've gotten older.
aha my first one, I thought it would never stop... 10 days!
Luckily, I have NEVER felt any pain at all. I just feel something wet and it ends up being blood.
