I've asked a lot of questions about this, but it's driving me insane! My boyfriend and I have been trying for a baby for about 15months now with no luck!I've been taking Sanatogen pills....Anybody know of any others that are good with TTC, that have the RDA of folic acid??
I've tried laying on my back for 30mins after sex, eating healthy etc etc etc!
I get so stressed about it every month because every month my boobs are sore, some months I feel nauseous, and yet I still haven't become pregnant!
I need some good tips for TTC, and maybe some good ideas of tablets I can take (UK), and ways to stop stressing about it!
Because I know stressing about it doesn't help! :D

I've blabbed quite alot....sorry peeps!
Any ideas would be great!
Thanks! :D

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/oBj6G

Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

have you plotted your ovulation cycle out on one of those charts? - that will tell you the best time to have sex (then it's a case of grabbing your bloke by the scruff of the neck and making him "perform" ha ha ha)

Also you can get some sticks you pee on which tell you if you are ovulating

You can also get home tests to check his sperm levels

We went through all that and now have a beautiful 15month old daughter - so stick with it - but remember it is supposed to be a pleasant and rememberable experience - not a biology experiment!!!

Hello there,
I to have been trying to get preggers since Feb!! in the beginning it was driving me absolutely bonkers! so i set myself a realistic goal: to get pregnant by the end of the year! I know that it sounds silly, but it actually takes some of the pressure off! I also know how hard it is not to stress, i was trying to do everything right ( water, vitamins, folate tabs etc... etc ...) and now I'm just gonna relax and try to let nature take its course!

hope i have helped you! plenty of baby dust your way & dont forget to send some my way to!!

TTC#! SINCE FEB!

Try getting married first.

Then once you are married you must try having more sex around ovulation and then after a couple of months go see your doc. maybe your man has a problem of some sort? The problem isn;t always lying with us females!

All the best!
