ye that happened to me yesterday, i spotted the last biscuit and went undercover to grab it before anyone else did in the office. when i got it, it tasted like sh*it

If i try desperately to get something I am so pleased to get it that I always try to look for something good in the thing, and usually there is, sometimes better (though often different) then you expected.
Some people might feel that it is when you are restrained from getting things, or when you feel you could make a lot out of something but are unable to get it in some way, that is worse.

Sure. I call it a quest. I hope for something. Work for it. Save for it. Then I get it and often could care less. It could be something small like the right color of yellow sweatshirt or something big like a 2005 Mustang. I think it is the fun of the wanting that I like the most. Although, I really DO love the Mustang!

Yes, I searched for a song, seemed like forever, from back in the early 80's, only to find that the song really sucked big-time. I must have been wicked stoned back then...lmao

It doesn't happen to me often, but it does happen. I think the times that occured were the ones where I did not have a initial gut level reaction to the item, but decided to settle, and became enamored slowly. Now its a gut wrencher from the moment I see it, or no deal.

yea i have been trying to get with this guy for a year we finally start dating and he turns out to be a total ahole he never calls and he is always somewhere doing something with the boys uhh what was i thinking

All the time. I find it hilariously funny when I get EXACTLY what I want and then quickly find that it's not what I wanted at all. I guess it's true when they say be careful what you wish for...

yes i really wanted a bathing suit from victoria secret, i had to save for it, get someone else to buy it and then when I finally received it i didn't like it at all :(
