The boys in my office do not think we should hire this person b/c he seems like an a**hole......but he's a hot a**hole and I need something to flirt with......So what do ya think??

it could be a good thing to have an ahole around they usally get the job down quickly and if he is eye candy to heck yeah i would do it the other guys a just jealous

i would not bring up her looks at all. i would talk about the positive and discuss her portfolio skills and how her lack of skills would affect her job performance as well as everyone else who would need to assist her. i would stress other candidates skills and how they would be a better fit. i would not hire someone solely based upon looks. there are many factors that need to be considered. you said she was well put together, well spoken, nice, charming and she has a lot of potential. she might just work out very well, so don't leave those things out are yes, they might take it as a jealous girl thing.

In most cases its not a good idea to judge by the cover but if you saw this guy you would think the same thing and nati your married any way.

well initially it is ok, but if his job performance effects yours and makes u work more then I think your opinion of him will go down drastically
