If she doesn't like sex, and you go out and find a sexual partner, then how could she feel "empty"?
Perhaps it's time for the two of you to sit down and discuss the future. Apparently, she's not that into you anymore....
I think that living like that has to be uncomfortable for BOTH of you...

Dump her first then find someone else. Don't go around playing with people emotions. It always starts as sex buddies then it becomes something else.

If she is just a gf, you can find another one. Have you consider talking to her about it or getting counseling?
