First of all I don't care for either team. However...

Very often for a given team, the largest improvement is made between games 1 and 2. The Irish learned the hard way what their kinks are, and are working on them. And they're starting a different QB Saturday, which adds a wrinkle to PSU's preparation.

Based off what I saw last week, sure, I like Penn State to win too. And ND just doesn't have the horses to be consistent. But I don't think it'll be a runaway. But don't look at this as a guaranteed win. Too many times have I seen the Irish come up big when it seemed like they had no chance.

What is Penn State Beatdown?

I'm always ready for any beat down, if a team is not good, then a beat down will proceed, i mean what you want other team to do, go easy beat them a little less, common peoples that ain't gonna happen. Every team want to win and win handily if they can, how you beat a team, that's how other team perceive you. And Notre Dame this year is not a good team, so most likely every team will beat them bad, just the nature of the game. I'm a USC fan, if my team is no good, a beat down is in the order, everybody love to hate USC right now, so if they can get a chance to beat USC, you bet they would. So a beat down is the order of the day for Notre Dame.

I'm browsing ebay now for a Georgia Tech hat and a Penn State jersey. Next week I will buy a Wolverines license plate.
To hell with The Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

I can't wait. I like to watch all of Notre dame's beatdowns, and there should be quite a few this year.

To be totally honest, after their 33 to 3 shellacking to Georgia Tech (which my team handled in their last game) in South Bend no less, I am starting to put less energy into my dislike of Notre Dame and concentrating my full energy into my dislike for the lil' 11. So I think I may actually be pulling for the Irish in this one.

Which will leave Penn State overrated, before they head to their annual humiliation at the hands of Michigan (well, they have another Pennsylvania High School team before that).
