United 93, La Haine, Quadrophenia, Goodfellas, the list is endless.
Usual Suspects is good, mainly due to Kevin Spacy and Pete Postlethwaits very dodgy Indian accent. Scarface is underated, except for the one liners, and Snatch is far superior to Lock Stock.

I wouldn't nominate any of these films as "best of all time", but Usual Suspects is very good and would be my choice out of the three.
My personal favorite is "Schindler's List", an AFI top 10 film. "Casablanca" is also a personal favorite, rated #1 or #2 on many lists.
