am I being selfish?
would it be honorable just to let that person go love someone they love, instead of be with someone that loves them?

well, it depends on that person....some people choose to be with someone who loves them more than they love that person while others are willing to be the one giving....
hmmm....as long as you're not making that person feel miserable being in a relationship with someone they don't love yet doesn't have the heart to break it off...
if that person doesn't love anyone at the mo'...it's the perfect chance to make that person fall in love with you gradually without any stress and forcefulness....

if they don't love you , than yes let them go! but if they do love you, it's not selfish to make them happy, and you at the same time.
