I think this problem is genetic in my house. We also do what the Simpsons do & practically staple extra rubbish on top of the bin to avoid having to empty it!

lol i have done that before i got my dishwasher....but my partner is really bad, he leaves his dishes in the sink for days till one of us do it for him, thank god we live in separate flats....i couldn't cope with him living here again...lol....he's a good guy but very lazy and very untidy indeed...

not so much,it attracts flies and smells icky
if I'm alone I just handwash,if kids are around,stash in the dishwasher and push 'rinse'
