There are a number of factors - external and internal that contribute to mood, and emotional changes. It may be hormonal, or you may very well be depressed, which could be exaccerbated by things going on in your life you're unhappy about.
If you can maybe see a reason behing these things, or theres been a change in your lifestyle thats caused discomfort or sadness to you, speak with a close friend, or if you can, a counsellor.
If you are unable to pinpoint the issue, begin by seeing a GP for a check-up, because it may be related to body chemistry or hormones.
You're a worthy person with alot to live for and experience in this life. Theres nothing to lose, and nothing is permenant. Your as important as anyone else, so don't give up on yourself. There are people who would be heartbroken if they knew what you were thinking, and worried about you. Pray, and you'll never be alone, never misunderstood. Always talk to God. Even if you aren't religious. He is there, and he loves you.

I believe it could be Bi-Polar also. I have at least 5 people in my family who have it. If you get evaluated, they may put you on Lithium and it should help. Make an appointment with your doctor and a psychiatrist. Find the right ones for you and they will be able to help. Try to stay positive and pray. God will help you through it.

That's "What" (not 'wat') and you may want to see a doc about such fast and extreme mood swings, ESPECIALLY if they go to the suicidal.

The highs and lows sound more like bipolar disorder, but I'm not sure even rapid cyclers change moods within seconds (not familiar enough with all the possibilities).

Don't delay!

Sounds like you're bipolar. Maybe you should talk to a psychologist.
