Actually he and russel simmons both came out against vick when this story broke weeks ago. You just brought up al sharpton so you and some white guys on this board could all pat each other on the back, do some research first. Find something else to complain about sharpton about.

Michael Vick must have killed a black dog and Al is conflicted. I agree if Michael Vick were white he would be pleading with the NFL to end his career permanently. Since he is black and getting a slap on the wrist then old Al is keeping his mouth shut for once.

he needs to be X'd out. On the interview saying if Vick raped a white girl he'd be suspended 4 games and would still be able to play.
He even was asked by O’Reilly about the Duck Lacrosse events and why he wasn't there for them since they were in sports. But the truth is, he was there for the girl, the kids were all white, so of course he wouldn't help stand up for them, who were obviously innocent. But now backing a dead-beat QB with guilty written all over him, supporting him. I hope he gets hit buy a bus.

If you're wondering why Sharpton isn't leaping to Vick's defense--and if he thought it was racism, he'd be all over the media, you know that--it could be that few people will object to vilifying an ugly old buffoon like Imus, but a whole lot of people will be upset if you condone dogfighting.

Give him time. He will show up eventually with some complaint about how Vick's life of neglect and lack of what everybody else had, has caused all of this and how unfair he (Vick) is being mistreated. Of course, all that depends on whether he thinks Vick will contribute to his cause.

Sounds reasonable, however, since Vick is black, Sharpton is not going to drive more coffin nails into him because that will dilute the image more

vick simply wasn't gonna pay him to be there for him . AL don't so up unless its for money or to get on the news cameras. notice vick wasnt on cameras much until he said he did it .
