Are women allowed to walk around topless in the beaches of Brazil. If so where?

...I´m Brazilian.. and the answers is NO!! you can´t do it... just in the rights place at NUDE Beaches.. there you can..kisses

There are relatively few nude beaches in South America.
After visiting the famous beaches of Rio de Janeiro where the skimpiest amount of cloth passes for a tanga, thong bathing suit, or the even minuter version called fio dental or dental floss, and beach goers revel in exposing almost their entire bodies, it isn't surprising that Brazil is one of the few South American countries that have legalized nude or naturist beaches and resorts.
Not without a struggle, though.
The traditional and conservative attitudes toward nudity prevail in most countries of South America, and try to set limits, even in Rio de Janeiro.
A word about topless: only in Brazil on designated beaches where women are allowed to go topless is this tolerated. Elsewhere, in all countries it is not allowed. Go topless at your own risk.

Depends if the beach allows nudity...some cities doesn´t have a nudity beach, but some does have.
I´ve been to "Pine Beach" ("Praia do Pinho") in the city of Balneário Camboriú/SC, and it does allow nudity...but in other beachs of the same city doesn´t allows nudity.

i've got no longer yet purely as a results of fact i've got by no capacity had the possibility to. Yeah the 1st few situations i understand i could be rather uncomfortable (and not for the clarification you think of i'm valuable) yet ya see... i've got seen adequate of the human physique decrease than very distinctive circumstances to no longer be one to circulate all 'ga ga' over seeing somebody nude. i will actually get excitement from the sweetness, yet i'm no longer likely to be staring open mouthed.
