It is about time Notre dame was exposed for the bogus football program they are.

They had no business going to 2 BCS bowls the last 2 years when they had 2 losses during the season. They got slaughtered in both BCS Bowl games too.

Fat Boy Charlie Brown Weis will be fired next year and Notre Dame won't be in another BCS bowl for a decade if ever again.

Poor poor irish!!

nicely, if Notre Dame does not decide for to be held as hypocritical, they must be firing Weis. many times you supply a coach til his third season to be certain on no count if to fireside him or no longer because of the fact 0.5 the roster could be his gamers and the gamers could be be attentive to-how his equipment. And along with his gamers Weis isnt doing something. He replaced into doing greater advantageous with the Willingham recruits. And opposite to a distinctive answer, Weis replaced into no longer Notre Dames first %., city Meyer replaced into..yet he became them down. If Weis is such an offensive genius, then why can no longer he get something going? the previous couple of years Notre Dame has had the incredibly some authentic recruiting training. Dont supply me the...he lost his authentic quarterback, working returned from final year situation the two. Michigan began Henne and Hart 3 years in the past and went to the Rose Bowl. He has been critically out coached this season. Did that one guy call Michigan State an offensive powerhouse? The team that positioned up 3 offensive factors against OSU and 17 against a foul Pitt team? besides, if Notre Dame have been to be consistent of their practices they could be firing Weis at season's end. yet considering while is Notre Dame consistent now?

yep. Guess we can get e real coach...like Mack Brown.
One of the top recruiting schools in the country, and the only way he ever could get a BCS berth was riding on Vince Youngs coattails.

Alll programs go through their hard times........Before Vince, when was Texas last Championship..................and have they ever won 12? Now there is a bogus program.

Don't hate, just cause The Universty of Rednecks is a Johnny come lately, and will never match the rich history and traditions of real programs, like ND and Mighigan.

(and funny........even with the crappy past decade....those are still the 2 most winning teeams in NCAA football....so whos program is bogus? And if any of your beloved schools had the academic requirements of Notre Dame, cause, you know,......it is a SCHOOL(you dont go to school to learn da foozball....unless you are a texas idiot), none of em could field a team that would stop a pack of girls scouts.)

So go ahead, thumbs down me, stop posting stupid questions......and go try and milk Bevo.

Like it or not, the NCAA loves Notre Dame because of it's history and tradition. They're money makers. They have a huge and powerfull alumni base as well.

Why does Michigan continue to schedule them? It's a GR8 rivalry and makes huge $$$$$.

Check out how many other schools want to play them in a BCS Bowl Game. It brings in money !!!! What school in there right mind doen't want to do that???

Try to get into either school without topnotch grades and high ACT scores. The only real scores that count if you think about it.

At least they know how to graduate players.

LOL, I went to UT Austins website that our question maker provided in another answer he gave here. In the year 2000 , one semester 15% of their student athletes were on academic probation.

They'll win the last 4, because most NAIA teams could win their last 4 (Navy, Air Force, Duke, @Stanford). The question is, will they win any of the 7 before that (@Penn State, @Michigan, Michigan State, @Purdue, @UCLA, Boston College, USC).

NBC's going to love the fact that they'll have them 5 out of 6 Saturdays starting on October 13. Nothing better than Notre Dame to pull your ratings down.

I also wonder about the rankings for recruiting. Such polls always laud Notre Dame's recruiting, however I don't see it on the field. LSU's second team defense is better than the starters for the Irish. They will be lucky to win 5 games. That being said Weis is not going anywhere with that contract of his.

Uh...Yeah...They'll win about 8...probably lose to Michigan, and most definitely(like everyone else) to USC...They were using the wrong QB...but they'll have the right one this week...and Beldin, ND is a ratings machine, like it or not...

Maybe. That should be the OVER/UNDER for Notre Dame wins, about 4.5 - 5.

Yes they will. They will beat Purdue, Navy, Air Force, Duke, and Stanford. That will be all.
