Give her the MacBook, it's cool, it's easy to use, stable OS (Mac OS X) and you can also use Windows on it.

Edit: Looking at the answers below me, people seem to write about stuff they don't have a clue of.

For clarification: Sims 2 is available for Mac, too, so there's no need to reboot to Windows every time she wants to play it.

The Mac does not come with, nor does it need, a virus scanner. Simple reason: There are NO viruses for the Mac. They just do not exist. For a 15 year old girl, that's a big security and maintenance plus.

Hope that helped.

I answered your question once before (yesterday) and this time (again) I'm going to suggest that you get her the MacBook. Why?
Because it's portable, reliable, has a very solid anti-virus program, comes with the iLife package that has amazing features and even if she wants to run windows alongside mac she'll be able to do that. But still Mac is much more user friendly than windows, still if she wants to play her Sims 2 she'll be able to run windows too so that she'll have no problem playing.
Besides the MacBook looks very cool and smart and it will last for a long time.
Hope this helps,
Good luck :)

BTW it's extremely easy to boot windows on MacBook with the free bootcamp software, so no problem there.

Both are good choices. I tend to like Pc's better than Macs, Macs are just too expensive for what your getting, but Macs look very nice (sexy).

The problem is it might not be able to run "The Sims 2". If you know how to install Windows on a Mac, that's fine, but if you can't find out how to do it (or you don't want to pay for an expensive mac, PLUS the cost of Windows software) then you might want to just go for the Dell.

Probably the best most trouble free of all computers is the MacBook Pro. Hands Down.
