I don't know the film title but I shall describe the scene and the line. Kenneth Williams is at sea on an old sailing ship and has a terrible injury to his leg. Another of the characters decides there is only one thing for it, and that is to perform a crude amputation on Ken's leg. The character produces an ordinary carpenters saw and starts to saw his leg off. Ken is delirious (or drunk?) and hearing the sound of sawing takes him way back in his life to his boyhood, and so he says: "Daddy's going to buy me a rocking horse".

Best two carry On films - Carry On Screaming and Carry On Cleo. Best line: at the end of Carry On Screaming, when Kenneth Williams falls into the vat of wax :Frying tonight!" although Infamy! Infamy! from Cleo comes close.

No, no no. Way the best line is Kenneth Williams as Caesar in "Carry on Cleo" saying: "Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!".
