Certainly , most programming books on Internet are theory or "teaching" books , I need more "hands-on" , projects , ..but I could find no where .

I dont attend any programming course , so dont tell me to ask professors for more homeworks , :D )

Could you recommend me some ?

If you're looking for books on C, I'm currently using C for Scientists and Engineers by Richard Johnsonbaugh and Martin Kalin. Loads of exercises for each chapter.
