I think the only people who murdered them were members of the press, they hounded the poor women and Dodi to there deaths.
They are the ones who deserve to pay for there crime, She should have been allowed to live her life in peace and marry who she choose.
She was the only decent royal out of all of them, and the world and all her Charity's are allot worse off without her.
Her two boys are a credit to and will one day become equally great kings.

An accident, they happen when you drive fast under the influence particulary in confined places like a tunnel.
Do I see the Queen sitting there saying to her no.1 assassin "Go kill Diana and Dodi" No I dont.
With Mr Al Fayed being the father of Dodi and knowing he has the money to launch an investigation you just wouldn't, unless of course you were a slice short of a loaf or
not the brightest candle in the factory!

I think all the money spent over the last 10 years trying to find someone to blame for Dianas death could of been spent on something else more worthy, so no they should stop investingating it and wasting money
She died because 1 the driver was pissed and 2 she never wore a belt. if she wore a belt she would most probaly still be alive to tell the tale.
so why cant people just let the women rest in peace.

Do you really think that if the English Establishment wanted to kill Diana they would have used as haphazard and flawed method as a car crash? We were killing people with poison tip umbrellas in the 60's, I'm sure MI5 equipment has got a little more subtle since.
They were in love, showing off to each other a bit and they had a car crash. Get over it.

if it was murder then I think the parties who have much to answer for are the Ritz Hotel, their head of security (Henri Paul), their owners (Al Fayed) and seemingly Dodi Al-Fayed who overrode and ignored the security advice of the bodyguards he had employed.
I dont believe in CIA / MI5 & Duke of Edinburgh inspired plots
Mind you I dont think it was murder.. I think it was a tragic accident. Im pretty certain had Paul lived he would have faced charges.
There are enough allegations to suggest that Al Fayed has deliberately delayed proceedings such that the Ritz & its owners can no longer face prosecution under French law, as the statute of limitations has no expired.
As yet there is no trial, there is a much delayed Inquest.. delayed largely because of procedural wranglings inspired by Al Fayed. It is a matter of record that any unnatural death of a British Citizen requires a UK postmortem and Inquest.. so the inquest should go ahead

some of my friends and relatives believe that she was killed off by Charles wishes as he wanted her gone, she was only around to give him children and once that was done he didnt want her anymore, and because she was a pretty woman they expected her to have beautiful children. it was all set up and planned. she was used to bring good into the family and give them more power, once they had that they didnt need her. im not sure what i believe but i see some truth in it, it would make sense anyway. there was no need for it she didnt do anything to them but its something they will have to live with, whats done is done we cant go back now. RIP Diana.

I have the courage to say she wasn't murdered.
She died because the car she was travelling in crashed into the wall of a tunnel.
It's less likely to have crashed if the driver had not been driving recklessly.
He might not have driven recklessly had he been sober and if he wasn't having a race with the paparazzi.
Racing your car through tunnels when you are drunk tends to kill princesses.
Oh, and by the way, the driver's employer was Mohammed Al Fayed - methinks he doth protest too much.

Its all down to the queen.....she never liked Diana.....I'm sure the Queen pulled a few royal strings to get rid of her. As for the trial...I dont think the real truth will ever come out....its a waste of time.

That's a bit of a loaded question, isn't it? You are assuming she was murdered. It is pretty obvious that it was an accident and of course I feel very sorry about it like, I imagine, most people.
Arranging a road accident to murder someone is rather "hit and miss" (if you will excuse the expression) and I think there are more effective and more certain ways of doing it.
