There are hindi scripts that suggest manking was capable of long-distance spaceflight thousands of years ago, and carvings in an egyptian tomb that appear to uncannily resemble modern-day aircraft. There is also an incredibly accurate account of a nuclear attack. In these times it is certainly possible there were human civilisations on mars and the moon (there is an account of an ariel dogfight on the moon), but it could all just as well be a hoax. Bear in mind that venus would be far too inhospitable, and a martian civilisation would also be quite difficult, so it is still unlikely.

I think you really mean "Was there intelligent life on Venus and/or Mars millions of years ago?" Venus: unless there's been some drastic change in that period, the planet was always too hot (well over 600 degrees Fahrenheit) to support life as we know it. Liquid water would boil away; no water, no life. Mars: while it's conceivable there was once life there, so far no evidence whatsoever has been found for even microscopic life, much less intelligent life and a civilization. "Humans," of course, are at present found solely on earth, and until we colonize other planets -- don't hold your breath! -- that will continue to be the case.

people won't be able to inhabit Mars or Venus without starting to be a synthetic environment. it rather is possible that many distinct existence kinds exist in the universe, some with very distinct standards for existence than people. So it is likewise possible that existence can thrive on a planet that would desire to no longer help human existence (i.e. Mars, Venus), despite the fact that if it incredibly unlikely that this form of existence form could inhabit our image voltaic device. So specific, it rather is possible that there is existence on Mars or Venus (despite the fact that this is not going). those lifeforms could be very distinct from people and not in a similar evolutionary kin.

As far as we know, humans have only existed for about 70,000 years or so. We were alot shorter and not nearly as technically advanced - to say the least.
http://www.bradshawfoundation.com/journey/
As far as we know human civilization has spread from eastern Africa about those 70,000 years ago.
Having said that, Both planets are currently and much of the distant past are pretty hostile towards human life.
Venus is completely uninhabitable, because it's atmosphere is mostly sulphuric acid and extreme pressures and it's average temperatures are over 700 degrees.
Mars is much colder and dryer than most of the Earth (about as cold as Antarctica), it's atmosphere is so much thinner that it is not breathable and also does not contain oxygen or very much nitrogen.
What will be cool is that if we are reasonably smart and manage to survive another couple of hundred years, we will probably visit both planets, and we will probably colonize Mars eventually probably terraforming the planet to be something like our Southwest.

Yes. It's only a conspiracy propagated by N.A.S.A. (National Alignment Supporting Aliens) members that humans haven't existed on those planets. The "search for life" probes were actually digitized units of information (D.U.I.) that were being sent to the humans below. The most recent information they have sent is about the "plans" for Mars. Those who live on Mars were told exactly where the probes and robots were landing -- basically in the definitely uninhabitable martian basin. (D.U.M.B.) Every plan to colonize those planets will eventually hit low funding. For now, the funding N.A.S.A. actually receives is going to the puppet governments which were set up to enslave the true inhabitants of those worlds. Have you ever wondered where we get our "new technology"? It's actually technology which existed thousands of years ago in the Mayan culture. Easter Island was a testing ground before it was disguised as an ancient civilization's land. The huge statues are actually to keep people from noticing the deep pits which have been slowly overgrown by vines. The Mayan temples were actually proving grounds for those who wanted to travel to Venus and Mars. Since so many of their records were destroyed in secrecy, all that remains are the temples and a few other abandoned sites. The temples were actually like star-gates. The people in the Mayan area would have a window of opportunity every nine years to travel through space to the planets. The project was abandoned once all the puppet governments were in place and all the true inhabitants of the planets (T.I.P.s) were subject to their new leaders.

No, too far away from the sun to survive.
Unless they were creatures that didn't need the sun and when they were looking for another place to live they had to give all their people a thyroid gland to protect them from the radiation given out by the sun before they could move here.
Who knows?

no, venus was always too hot to have water, no water no life. microscopic life could have once been on mars or under the surface, but humans, no. its too cold on mars for humans or most likely any other complex life to develope. and idk what Serena was talking about, but there is no cover-up involving mars.

No. In fact they didn't live on Earth either, since our species hadn't evolved that far here that long ago. Some of our hominid ancestors lived here, but they don't qualify as human.

No, we crash-landed here on the B Arc of the Golgafrincham Arc fleet, to escape a horrible disaster our home planet was facing. (Something about a giant star goat, maybe...)
