The Toilet Plunger may work, if, the dent is large enough. Paint is flexible to a point and should not crack. Also, as mentioned, it can be tapped out by removing the door panel. IF, it have a small crease this is more a problem. Many Dent repair shops have the necessary tools to remove and where I live not charge over $50. Your Insurance may actually pay for this as many do for Windshield repair as it cheaper for them than replacing.

I don't think the suction cup will work with smaller dents. Small ones are not really that noticeable so don't worry about it. I know it can be annoying because it's new but at least the paint was not messed up.
If you really want to sort it out. Remove the side panel of the door, it's easy, and see if you can push it out from the inside. If not, use a hammer wrapped in a shirt and slowly tap at it. It would be good if you put a thin peice of rubber or something to diffuse the blows from the hammer.
REMEMBER to tap slowly. It is easy for you to get an uneven result if you tap too hard.
It is easy if you are willing to give it the time and don't rush the job. It should not require any use of vaseline or drilling of any kind like the above answers.

There are many paintless dent repair people look in the phone book and ask your car dealer. I use them for those parking lot dents. With the tools professional dent removal the dent is almost undetectable. Don't mistake a dent for a small bell sound. DING? Ding!

I have always brought mine to a paintless dent removal place. They charge between $20-$50, and it looks perfect when they are done. I think a couple of the franchises are dent perfections and dents plus. I would go with them before doing anything myself.

The suction cup works if the dent is not too bad , alternatively you can remove the door pad on the inside and use a rubber mallet to knock out the dent.
Good Luck.

This works:
Use a plunger (plumber's helper) coat the lip with vaseline, place on dent, push against door to create a vacuum, yank. The dent should pop out, paint in tact.
good luck

ALMOST EVERY CITY HAS COMPANIES CALLED "DENT MASTERS", "DENT WIZARDS", ETC. THEY DRILL A SMALL HOLE IN THE DOOR OPENING, GO IN WITH LONG METAL POLES, AND "MASSAGE" THE DENT BACK TO NORMAL. IT'S NOT VERY EXPENSIVE AND MOST WILL COME TO YOU. CAR DEALERS USE THEM ALL THE TIME.
