I don't get paid that much to put that much effort in.

Frankly, if anybody pays me to do a job they get 100% otherwise the way I think it's stealing. How would you like it, if you got 50% effort. Treat others as you would like to be treated

Too much! I'm not paid enough to work as hard as I do, but I love my job, so there you go...
It gets on my nerves though when people I work with stand around, chatting to each other, and do everything they possibly can to avoid doing any work.
We get paid to do a job; not skive off, make friends and have a laugh!

I absolutely put all the effort I can into my job. Imean, if I didn't, people would die! I mean, as a suregen... I must put my effort into it all!

A lot it is important seeing as I spend a long time here it makes you happy to know you are doing a good job.

Quite a lot. But not as much as I used to. Nearly burnt myself out at one stage and no job's worth that.

I put all my effort into my job as it earns money so that I can live.for me my work is my life I find it enjoyable meeting and talking to different people.
