Actually no, he is a great actor and can assume any role that he feels confident in. Not only that, I believe there were several years of maturity behind him when he did Blood Diamond. He was a youngster in Titanic.

Great point, I dismissed him as a light-weight pretty boy when I saw Titanic, which I thought was an awful movie. But I have to admit that I was completely wrong about him, and I believe that he has developed into one of the best actors working today.
