I think september must be the one of the most common.I have heard so many people saying their birthday is in September.

Well, according to WebMD, "Most births occurred in the fall, between September and November." The article also explains some other facts that were found:

Child birth occurred equally on any given day.
Every hour of the day, a baby was born.
Fewest births were between 10 a.m. and noon.
Child births were least common in the winter during the months December through February.
Women who had given birth before delivered most often between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

If most people are born in September, then conception would be around January, when it's dark.

I believe I read once somewhere that it was September , but that may be subject to change from one year to the next

These birthdays would account for a good Christmas, so that sounds about right... I also have two children born in Sept!

I was born in November - but its the Spring, not the fall!
