Ithink what we have to be looking at here , is not the most dangerous job in the world , , because lets face it any job , is a dangerous job , be it an electrician , a bomb disposual person, ,an aircraft pilot , even a person , who puts their life on line to protect the president . or the pope , now what we need here , is not for just anyone doing these jobs , we need training to do them , and i am not on about any micky mouse training i am on about skill ed training, their is a saying you know practis makes perfect , ANDlets not forget the people who fly into space , , now their would have had the best training one could think of , , yet lets face it , sometimes an act of God comes in , and not even all the training they have done , can save them. TO me i think all jobs that anyone does , be it a road sweeper, someone that sees your child across the road to go to school . even typing on a computor , at work can be dangerious , if it is not , propley conected , Some people make think it could be the presedent of the U..S.A but just look at the people , he has around him to protect him , they have been trained well to do this job , the person that has asked this question might think he has the most dangerious job in the world , but if you are trained well to do what ever job it is you are doing, then your chances of survivel are pretty good ,

my husband is a coal miner, and 2 days ago a man he was working with got killed in a roof collapse, my husband had been standing beside him talking to him just a few minutes before the rock fell, it could have easily killed them both, this boys brother was under ground with them when it happened, the mine is shut down for 3 days then it will re-open, this happens way more than people know, i never know if i'm going to see him again when he goes out the door for work
