What do we do? Well, first thing is to protect yourself. JR is no doubt pregnant. As such he can be extremely dangerous.
If you meet him, just back away slowly. Make nice little cooing sounds until you can reach the door. Then run. Run like the wind. Your life is at stake!
Of course other factors may be involved. It could well be he has rabies. While living in the basement of his mothers house, it is quite possible he was bitten by a rat. That could well explain his mental shift and even his attempt to communicate in a more wordy fashion before he starts foaming at the mouth and all muscle control is lost.
