MY IPod was working and then I plugged it into the charger and now the screen's black and it wont turn on. IS it broken?

Not sure. Is it still plugged in? If not, try plugging it in again. Otherwise you may want to go to apple.com and click on iPod. Under iPod support they have a lot of questions and answers that help with iPod problems. Good luck with that. I'm addicted to music and I'd feel lost without my iPod.

Try resetting it - ipod reset it= Hold the Center & Menu buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If that dont do it format it - To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format* save music/video to your PC before formatting*
