I don't have the patience to stay on hold...I usually hang up after 5 mins!!

Over two hours, using miles for a trip to Europe. I spoke to the woman at the airline for 15 minutes and was on the phone for 2 hours 33 minutes. My phone logs how long you've been on, so I know for sure it was that long!

An hour - before being cut off by Curry's when I phoned because my new tv was faulty. I will never buy from them again. Then half hour later the guy phoned back - so he would've kept me on hold and hour and a half had I not been cut off!

i know of 20 minutes waiting for a judge. And probably longer than that when i was on the phone with Apple. that ipod went right back after talking to that clown.

If it's me having to pay for the call they get just five minutes of my time (and money if it's an 0870/1 number!) and after that it's a letter to the managing director of the firm concerned. Works like magic for stress relief ! ! !

ntl: kept me on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes once, I hadf time to get changed from my work clothes and put tea on in the time it took them to answer. When they did answer they asked me not to shout when I asked them why I had to wait so long.

45 minutes and it took me so long to get through to a person that i was reluctant to hang up as knew id have to start all over again. AGH!!!!
