i will just launched video sharing site, can someone please guide that how much bandwidth i need in start, so that i can buy hosting package according to that

Call some hosting companies and tell them what your needs are and get some quotes..
You will be shocked at the cost. Video sharing sites are bandwidth hogs.

If you do not want to worry about the growing bandwith requirements, as a video site does hog a lot of it, maybe it would start from 10 GB upwards depending on the length and size of the videos you upload.
Instead of worrying about the bandwith take a look at these hosting companies that offer real good deals for bandwith...
