For free you can try Novatech Traffic Stats
http://www.findapp.com/fmgmt/PDetails.aspx?PID=7198

Another one I almost forgot about has a free trial and is only $20 for one machine
http://www.bandwidth-meter.net/

The others I know about are rather expensive.

These are all definately factors to take into consideration when understanding intereference with wireless routers. The reason being is that majority of household items give of some frequency, whether it be your microwave or your cordless phone. There is a solution to this problem. 85% of all issues are resolved by choosing the correct signal for your router. 1) Find out your current frequency channel - through a freeware software such as WiFi Stumbler 2) Tweak the channel to try and receive the most and best channel. 3) Check the performance and signal rate from your PC or Gaming Console. Channel drops is totally related to his matter. Drop out in signal tend to be because there is a substantial conflict in frequency, which could also be your neighbour. Therefore, follow the instructions above and if you still face problem after changing your channel, then there are two final alternative. Firstly, it could be your device is faulty and emits weak signal which tend to lead to weak performance or it might be from your actual ISP ( internet service provider). The best solution is to actually ensure that your ISP have the green light from there end and also ensure that you have the most up to date software on the router. If its a Netgear then it will require occasional updates. Hope his helps.
