Rid yourself of stressful activity. Stay in pleasant places. Talk to sensible and cheerful people. Eat with friends who have good appetite. Of course exercise.

Final advise, eat even if you dont feel like it. Sometimes its all about discipline.

If you can't tell when you're hungry, then eat regularly throughout the day. For example, never skip breakfast. Your body needs food after a full night without any. Eat a regular lunch and dinner as well. If you still feel faint, consider adding 1 or 2 snacks in between meals. Just plan ahead and you won't be caught feeling sick because you haven't eaten.

forse your self to eat even a little bit. maybe you'r hunger will return, or you might be depressed, happened to me once, and i couldn't eat either, lost 12 lbs. in 2 weeks.. so give it a try, or see the dr,.

I think you should take a medicines or just drink some energy drinks. maybe You have sick that you do not notice.i suggest you consult a doctor before it is to late.

remember to eat at scheduled times especially breakfast and don't skip meals!! this will put your body on starvation mode and slows down your metabolism. don't depend on whether or not you are hungry,,eat because you have to.
