Never going to happen. There is no point and no reason for such a thing ever happening. Nations are formed by groups of people who share some common trait or ideals, such as language, religion, race, geographic location. You are never going to bring together the entire world as one nation; there are just far too many differences to overcome. In the past, nations have been formed by force that included overwhelming differences among the people, and these nations did not last. Examples are Yugoslavia, the Soviet Union, Iraq, and even the Roman Empire. The United States if perhaps the best example of a nation without borders, as it encompasses a great many religions and ethic groups. In the end, though, this may create an insurmountable problem, as too much opposing diversity can rip a country apart. For this reason you will never see the entire world as one nation without borders.

There is coming an antichrist who will attempt this, but he will be a most brutal man and the world will think he is great for a few years and then he will become the most brutal horror. At just about the time that he has destroyed most men off the face of the earth, Jesus will return as Almighty God to put a stop to his terror. And then the Lord will rule with a rod of iron and if the rulers of the nations do not come up to see Him once a year He will withdraw rain from the earth. But every knee will bow to Him and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

That will never happen. Humans will never be able to get along well enough to do that.

First people have to all speak the same language and have the same basic culture including religious beliefs. Then it might be possible but not really plausible.

If you do not believe this then look what built the USA. Unity is the word. malty cultural nations will never truly be united.

It is probably going to happen if humans manage to survive after next 50 years or so.
If we are intelligent enough to survive that long with all the current problems then we will be smart enough by that time to realize that borders in existence today have no meaning whatsoever for those times.
