Is Official Recruiting Firm (CrudeEXPRESS) genuine??

Question

I received a mail from Official Recruiting
Firm (CrudeEXPRESS) on behalf of Agip-UK (Scotland) and they asked me to send a soft copy of my resume for proper screening and verification. After that I received another mail to take a short interview for proper screening and verification purpose.

Due to accent, there might not be a telephonic interview as usual, this is because our interviewers sometimes find it hard to hear applicant from other region during interview sessions on phone. The mail ID is

Is this genuine??

Sounds like a scam. That domain is not registered to Agip. Here's the whois record:

One has to wonder why a guy named Robert Mendoza in California would register a name purporting to be part of Agip, the Italian petroleum retailer. The fact that it was just registered a few days ago lends more credence to the probability that it is a SCAM.
