corrupt is never correct in a developed or developing society. eg in algeria - its nepotism. but what abt those without connexions? so they will be deprived forever. indonesia u hv to pay to join the armed forces and pay to get a promotion!! isnt it disgusting? in usa big business funds presidential campaign so the incumbent is obligated to support them at the expense of global warming [bush refused to ratify kyoto protocol 'cos of the big boys].
when corruption is evident, ingenuity / genuineness / honesty doesnt play much of a role

Corruption is never correct even if a society that embraces it.Role of ingenuity is to find a peaceful way to tell society they are wrong.
