Yes they can be when there is no proper dissapline and guidance and they will be out of control. It all starts at home. You need to be their parent and not their friend.

yes alot of them i have spent time with yes. there are some that aren't i can remember in the 60's when an older person (teen) you could leave them say hi to your baby and things were ok now i wouldn't its sad maybe the upbringing or lack of it i am not sure too many gangs and stuff around also.

yes i agreed but why? who is responsible for that? we elders are responsible because we don't give enough time, attention to them. parents are busy in making money no doubt just because of giving better life to their children but children need parents attention as well.
