I've been taking multi vitamins since I was teeanger.
from various brand, from cheap brands, to bloddy expensive ones, not that I had to, but my mother then was crazy about how vitamins would help to keep our health... And TRUE, THEN I was almost never sick.

Now.. I'm married and living on my own, I don't take multi vitamins as often any more.

Here's what has happened:

Me : I'vi been taking multi vitamins since over 10 years ago, now I don't take as often anymore, what heppen to me now is that I catch the flu and cough easily, it has become somewhat regular, once a month I always catch flu, sometimes it is follwed by fever and cough. When some one in the house or in the office has the flu, there would be 90% chance that I will also catch it.

My Wife : She rarely take multi vitamins when she was a child growing up, now she almost never have the cold, everytime got the cold, she never catches it. We've been married for 3 years, if I remember correctly she has only catch the flu/cold 4 times.

you can see the diffrence right?

So here is my conclusion. Taking multi vitamin regulary for a long time will weakens your anti body system. So only take multi vitamins when you need it. Like when you are facing very busy days ahead, or doing overtime alot on your work, or when you are recovering from the flu.

Maybe if I keep on taking it regulary until now I'm sure it would prevent me from catching the flu so often, but still this means my anti body doesn't work correctly, and it will cost alot of money
