1) The difference between 1 and 3 is that 1 comes before 2 and 3 comes after 2. 2) 1 is single digit and 13 is double digit. 3) If you add 10 to 3 you get 13. 4) 4 is 1 less to 5 but 1 more to 3 and 13 is 3 more to 10 and 1 less to 14. 5) The characteristics of 13 is to ask question like the above.
