Like angry enough to take some REAL revenge? If so what did you do?

Ah..yes...karma...but I hope that I am around to enjoy it...or at least witness it.

To be taken advantage of is a two party contractual kind of situation. YOu have the person who is taking the advantage, not a good thing to do but, understandable, especially if the situation is made so easy as to make taking advantage of the other the most attractive thing to follow.

Then you have the person who is being taken advantage of. That person KNEW, at SOME level of comprehesion, that he/she was opening him/herself up to being taken advantage of and mistreated. That person may not have CONSCIOUSLY thought of that but never-the-less it WAS there, somewhere is his/her mind. Yet, knowing that on even a bsic level, that person ALLOWED, yes allowed, the situation to descend to that level. There may not have been a conscious decision or granting of the other to take advantage of you, but by allowing the Camel to get it's nose into the tent, you, in effect gave the camel permission to come right on in and make him/herself comfy.

So, WHO are you going to take revenge against? the other one who is doing the taking advantage or YOURSELF, the one who gave that subtle permission to take advantage of you?

I most instances it is simply best to walk away from the situation and simply NOT attempt revenge. It is FAR better to resolve to never allow yourself to get into that type of situation again in the first place. That way not future hard feelings get generated.

it makes me angry but doesn't liberate me. Revenge cannot make you feel good it may only create negative energy and would never be able to put an end to things. what is important is outgrow your adversary and sometime in future make him/her know they are just a tiny spec in your world. for me the thought that you can damage the person you hate, very easily gives more pleasure than inflicting actual damage because if i actually do anything i would be ridden with guilt.

some of my loved ones have 'used me'. even if i want to i actually cannot damage them.

The best revenge is no revenge at all. Eventually, the person realizes what they did.

So far that situation has not come and wish it suppose not to come. But if I knew someone is taking my advantage then I would do anything that will destroy them.
