In the last 75 years or so, our Society has made enormous changes. Many of the changes ARE for the better. Things like equal rights for all, while on paper are the ideal way to go, in practice, mean that society has had to undergo traumatic changes that have upset the balance between work and family life. Traditional roles for men and women are no longer possible in the developed world. Wages and lifestyles have changed dramatically and it is no longer possible for a man to be the sole support of a family without having to lower the overall social lifestyle of the whole family. For a woman to remain at home and be the homemaker while the man goes off to work to earn the family's income is now, a luxury that only the upper midle class and wealthy can now afford to do. This means that the overwhelming majority of families must be TWO income families. this in essence, forces the woman to leave her traditional role of homemaker and go into the workforce simply to provide the basic needs of the family as a whole. Additionally, the man must devote more of his non-employment time toward homemaking duties in order to fill in the gaps that have been produced by the wife needing to sek employment. So while for women, it HAS been a slight improvement in terms of the value that Society places on them and their contributions, For the family as a whole it has proven to be not as good a thing. the family (mostly the children) has had to make an enormous sacrifice in terms of one on one contact and changes in family dynamics.

In terms of gender roles and gender identity, we are a lot freer than we were even 30 years ago, the boarders of gender specifc jobs have broken down--except for Hooters Girls, which I'd be more excited about if I actually ate there. And it is a lot easier for gays to come out--in the case of politicians, not always voluntarily.
In terms of boldness, experimentation, personal expression and inhibitions, however, we're a lot more repressed than even in the 1950's. Otherwise people wouldn't all be making the SAME outrageous fashion statements. We're a lot more conformist now. And we'd all be having a lot more sex. AIDS changed that last part more than it should have. A few simple precautions provide plenty of protection. But, by the 1980's the habit of fear on command was already well established.

Today we can safely ignore socially defined roles and "fixed gender identities". You can, if you think you can; but maybe God liked those old roles.
I wish men earned enough that wives still had the option of staying home to invest their lives into their children!
Tight fisted liaise faire capitalist bosses make a 'stay at home' mom impossible. That is only available outside of Christian marriage unions, to unwed mothers on the dole!!!
Sadly, our overly liberal "liaises faire" mass media cultural influences (soft porn propaganda) define our sex roles more than our parents' standards.

under no circumstances, I try this each and all the time with my husband. I used to convey him sparkling vegetation as quickly as a week on an identical time as we've been dating. He had this sort of dark bachelor pad that i assumed sparkling vegetation could lighten the area up slightly. he's quite romantic and a passionate guy and that i knew he'd delight in them as he did and nevertheless does. She needs you to grant you something which will make you think of of her and thats unavoidable. A bouquet of vegetation is in basic terms the value ticket. and he or she possibly loves vegetation herself. do not hear to all human beings else they're possibly jealous. i could have considered that as being female, if she concept you have been female i'm helpful she does not be with you.
