No, but it sounds risky.

If it is not an official shop, do not trust them.
When a shop sells a laptop it comes in a box, with a manual, warranty form and often more paper.
Always check that the box contains a laptop, the brand it should be and with all stickers telling what laptop it is on the laptop itself.
