Will DirectX 10 work with my GeForce 7300GT?

NEVER, because it is hardware dependent. Your 7300GT hardware is DX9. ONLY Geforce 8xxx graphics card are designed to work with DX10 in Vista. BUT they also work well w/ DX9 in XP.

You will not be able to use the DX10 features with that card.

Only Geforce Series 8 cards are DX10

And the Radeon 2k HD's
