Strong sexual desire is not abnormal unless it is becoming intrusive and effecting your life. If you are starting to be come "self-distructive" in your sex life (unsafe sex / multiple partners / hooking up with strangers...etc..) then, by all means, seek help! Talk to your doctor about hormonal imbalances, or see a counselor.
Sex drives naturaly wax and wane....more so as you get older. You haven't stated if you are married...already have kids or not. If you are in a stable relationship and your libido has increased...and you aren't hurting yourself or others...then you may just want to ride it out...and let your significant other enjoy this change in you!

Dinkey.
I would suggest going to the Doctor. I had heard, once upon a time on a TV set far far away, that there was a disorder involving sexual addiction. I can't remember which show, but it was like 20/20 or 60 minutes or something. I think it had something to do with hormones being out of whack or something...
If worse comes to worse, there are programs for sex addicts, kind of like a re-hab thing. Again, I would go to the doctor and see what they recommend... It would be your best bet ^__^

thats exactly how i felt, like i wanted to every day more then once. But i think it was a desire to be closer to someone that made me feel that way. Or maybe were just over dependent because even if my boyfriends gone for a day i get all moody and just want to be super close to someone. I dont know if that helps you at all...im still kinda confused about this situation too. Good luck trying to figure it out if our reasons arent the same.

Bizarre as it may sound, it may be worth talking to a physician and seeing what he or she has to say. Sexual desire is partly dependent on hormones (testosterone being the most important one, even in women), so this may be something physical going on. In the absence of any physical cause for what I assume has been a sudden change, it might be worthwhile finding a therapist and talking about it.

It's maybe hormonal...or maybe mind control programming....You can get sexual arousal by thinking of it...And the reason of your thinking of it all the time, is because you're being implanted thoughts that evoke your sexual desire....So if it's later case, it's not your fault...Try to calm down and relax, taking a shower or going exercising when it sets in....And i suggest you go see a doc as well, to see if it's hormonal thing....

Maybe things in your life have just finally snapped and this is someway your mind is trying to make everything go away. Or you have had some type of episode, stroke if you will and it has turned on the part of your rain that want more sexual contact to release the endorphins.

It could be hormones, or you could be reaching your sexual peak early. Try masturbating to overcome doing anything foolish. Get yourself a good shower massager. They are great for the sexual release.

maybe you've been under alot of stress lately and thats how you've "trained" yourself to let it out. check out what stresses you the most and try to limit that some. sex is cool and all but in this day you gotta be carefull. too much stuff out there that can get you into bigger trouble.
