can we really comprehend it?

i mean sure it is easy to say it..see
SPACE IS INFINITE

but can you really grasp the concept that it never actually ends. its not a sphere where you can keep going in circles forever, i mean it streches forever in every direction. i mean it literally streches forever. its mind boggling to think that it NEVER ends. i mean at times you think that the earth is there, and it ends, just like a road, a city, a county, a state, a country everything, it just ends. yet in reality nothing ever has to end. because you will never run out of space, there is always more, even billions or trillions of years from now there will be more space, and billions or trillions of years from then, the space will never run out, because it never ends.

**I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE UNIVERSE.**
i am talking about what is outside of the known universe.

thats not even been proven

we use a term called "dark matter"

but dark matter is only a theory.

there could be dimensional barriers out there.
watch this, it might change you mind quickly about whats "out there"

Space is finite.
It had to begin and it will have to end.
Infinity is a mathematical concept and can't be applied to an incident.
If you divide an inch or a second enough times it will eventually go out of existence.
We live in a quantum universe and if it was anything else it wouldn't be here.

Yes, you're correct but I want to add something. According to the Forever Expanding Universe Theory, the gravitational force exerted by the galaxies are so weak that they will continue to fly apart. If all the nuclear fuels of the galaxies were all used up, they will stop and die a natural death...that's one of the reasons why universe is getting bigger in each second.

the concept of infinity is itself finite. however to actually perceive an infinite concept with a finite mind is impossible. So no, we can't really comprehend it. However we can quantify it, and therefore use it (just one more track on our long record of making use of things we don't understand).
