Of course it is. If I were to be offered the chance of going to a heaven where church music played all day and all there was to do was sit around on clouds and and engage in small talk I would reather go to hell, at least there would be something to do there, even if it was unpleasent.

The image of heaven from the movie 'What dreams may come' would seem to be the best. We all make our own reality, or after-reality as the case may be. If there is such a place it would have to be along those lines, or the souls have realy short memories because it would soon turn into a tourment otherwise.

Better to rule in hell than to serve in Heaven? I would rather serve than rule. My "conception" of Heaven, is personal, and that does not "create" someone else's perception of hell. That is also personal.

it is possible, well every individual has his/her own perception or ideas of things, and you should also remember that in the realm of ideas everything is possible.

Even the Bible indicates that and those who do not love the Lord God with all their hearts and are not transformed already in character will not be happy their. So they will not be there.
