alright i have a Nvidia Ge force FX 52000.
I was wondering if i could get a better one for around the price of $100.00

For around $100, the nvidia geforce 7600gs would fit your needs. Here's a list of them

The 7600gs is the highest performing card closest to $100. It's really nice.
If you can step it up to $130, go for the 7600gt

the person above listed the AGP slot versions of the card. AGP cards are basically going to be obsolete, and are relatively more expensive, but not better. If you can check that you have a PCI-e slot, you can get a 7600gt for around 80 dollars w/ rebate.
