Hi, i searched for answers to this questio a while ago and got a great reccomendation here. it is a book - the complete guide to bed bugs. I dont have any problem at all now it was worth buying. Bed bugs are a common problem but can be dealt with and eliminated by using the system described in the book.i hope this helps as bed bug bites aint funny, I know.

I used the book mentioned above and it totally cured my problem. Bed Bugs are robust creatures but some of the tips in the book really helped us. Also the freezing of the furniture mentioned above is something we tried and it helped a little.

You can put the affected furniture in a shed and wait for winter. If your area gets below freezing, that will kill any bedbugs living in wood and upholstery.

Vacuuming works if you have a good filter and it specifies that it is for dust mites.
