We're social beings. We are all dependent on one another in someway or other. To be successful (depending on your definition of success) in our society means playing well with others. You're less likely to get the job, or the promotion, or the respect of others, etc. if people perceive you as a jerk.....no matter how qualified or how smart you may be.

A good personality ensures that you have character, and with character, you can catch people's attention, such as a talent scout or an employer. A good attitude will show everyone that you are optimistic and will always look on the brighter side of the situation. Both are important for success since most of the time, they show you are hard working and will make even the hardest time seem easy.

Because the only way they can be expressed is through the mouth. The sound of your voice, will project the perfect tone when dealing with someone or a issue. More chances of opening doors with the right tone.

You have to be able to to work with other people ,no matter how they act.With Good personally and attitude one can find positive ways to work around other peoples' flaws and ones own.
